Douran Business Process Management System (BPMS)

Douran Business Process Management System (BPMS) is a system, which enables the definition, implementation, management, monitoring and control of business processes both visual and schematic.
For automated implementation of processes, three main elements of forms, workflows and reports are needed. In this regard, Douran Software Framework (DSF) provides for creation and use of different forms. Douran reporting systems and managerial dashboards allow to create various report types. And finally, Douran workflow engine provides professional tools for the implementation of organizational processes.
In this section, it will be discussed the features of Douran workflow engine, while DSF, reporting system, and managerial dashboard will be dealt with in other sections of the present brochure.

Douran workflow engine is very flexible and scalable, and has the following key features:
o    Create, change, or delete the workflow graphically and without programming;
o    User-friendly dashboard for access to the user tasks;
o    Uniform dashboard integration with processes;
o    Save the workflow in a file or database;
o    Manage workflow copies;
o    Monitor the workflow and identify bottlenecks;
o    Use of nodes related to hierarchical approval, and manage the user permission to sign various documents;
o    Support for individual and group approvals with various features (parallel approval, serial approval, pre-requirement approval, etc.);
o    Insert notes for each activity (General, personal, etc.);
o    Insert attachments at process runtime;
o    Register process specifications and documentation at design time;
o    Return, and manage running processes for managers;
o    Send mails, emails and SMS;
o    Allow for auto-operations when entering or leaving the nodes;
o    Set and send a specific task for one person, and set the destination folder;
o    Define completion and expiration times for each activity;
o    Assign different tasks to nodes;

o    Use of organizational service to assign tasks to managers at any level;
o    Run multiple sub-processes simultaneously under defined conditions;
